I am a full-time Instructor of Psychology at the College of Southern Idaho. I am very excited to be a part of this college as it is in my hometown and near where I grew up. Academia is important to me and serving my students is a top priority. When I am researching I like to explore:

• Coaches and their use of psychology
• Athlete coach relationships
• Self-efficacy of sport
• Psychological skills
