My research interests live at the intersection of food and agriculture law, focusing on what people eat, how what they eat affects them, and the treatment of the animals they are eating while the animal was alive. I am a dedicated vegan who cares about greenhouse gas emissions and human health as it relates to food and climate change. My interest in the broad umbrella that is Environmental Law is further intertwined with all aspects of litigation and areas of law at the trial and appeal level.
