Case Western Reserve Journal of Law, Technology and the Internet

Submissions are currently being accepted for Volume 10 of the Journal of Law, Technology and the Internet ("JOLTI"). Volume 10 is scheduled to be published at the end of the 2018-2019 academic year.

JOLTI is an annual peer-reviewed student-run law journal that publishes the works of academics, practitioners, and other relevant experts on a variety of topics including intellectual property and technology law. In the past, JOLTI has published a wide variety of articles including those related relating to bitcoin and cryptocurrency, self-driving vehicles, data privacy, online payments and e-commerce, and 3-D printing.
