This post is regarding The Akron Law Review, which is currently calling for articles for publication in its 2024 general issue for Volume 57.

For the general issue, the journal is looking for submissions from non-student legal scholars and academics on any topic.

By way of background, the Akron Law Review has been highly ranked in the Washington and Lee Law Review Rankings for several years. In five recent years (2015-2019), the Akron Law Review ranked in the top 100 for student-edited, general journals in the Washington and Lee Law Library law journal rankings for “combined score” and in the top 107 for student-edited, general journals in the category of “impact factor.”

We value the time and commitment our authors put into producing well-researched and innovative articles. Thus, we strive to invest the same time and commitment in ensuring our author’s articles are published in a timely fashion and receive the utmost attention to detail.

Please submit your articles for the general issue as soon as possible to us either through Scholastica or by email at ualawrev@gmail.com. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
