Volume 45 of the Campbell Law Review is pleased to welcome submissions of original research on legal doctrine. A limited number of offers are available and will be extended on a rolling basis.
All submissions are welcome, but preference will be given to articles with data-driven or cross-disciplinary insights into the impacts or implications of legal doctrine.
Submissions from practitioners, post-graduate law clerks, judges or judicial officers, faculty, and practitioners in all specialties are welcome. Linguistics specialists, data scientists, complexity theory or computational law scholars are also encouraged to submit their work. Please include your manuscript, abstract, and curriculum vitae.
