The Dickinson Law Review is now accepting articles and topic proposals for its annual symposium, titled “Crisis of Authority: The Effects of Federalism on Opioid Policy.” The symposium will be structured around scholarship focusing on identification of the legal challenges that are unique to the country’s federalist system and highlighting areas of overlapping or fractured authority on opioid use policy. The symposium will be hosted on the campus of Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson Law on November 8, 2019.
Articles and proposals submitted between now and April 22, 2019, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time will be evaluated and considered for publication by April 29, 2019.
By submitting an article or topic proposal via this exclusive submission track, the author agrees to accept an offer of publication, should one be extended. Articles or presentations that receive offers will be published in Volume 124’s Symposium Issue of the Dickinson Law Review.
To submit a proposal, please email your article manuscript or a one-page abstract in Microsoft Word format, along with your CV, to srp61@psu.edu. Please title the subject line “2019 Symposium Article Proposal.”
We very much look forward to reading your scholarship.
Sincerely,
Sarah PhillipsEditor-in-Chief, Dickinson Law Review
