The Albany Law Review is seeking submissions for its State Constitutional Commentary edition, to be published this upcoming summer. This edition of the Albany Law Review focuses on all facets of judicial federalism, as well as issues of constitutional rights and liberties confronting state governments and their courts.

Our constitutional commentary volume is a selective issue and has featured retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor and former Chief Judges Judith Kaye and Jonathan Lippman of the New York State Court of Appeals. Albany Law School is the only law school in the capital of New York, and as such, the Albany Law Review has greatly benefited from a close relationship with the New York Court of Appeals -- one of the leading courts in the nation, and branches of the New York State government.

Please contact Gabriella Levine at glevine@albanylaw.edu if you are interested in submitting an article related to constitutional commentary.

Hello, is this announcement past one or current? Would you also consider submissions on state constitutions on non-US federalism/

Thanks.
